A reputable delivery company in the UAE is looking for Motor Bike Delivery Riders to join their team under an employment visa. This opportunity offers competitive earnings, structured commissions, paid training, and long-term job security.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary Range: AED 3,500 – 5,500 per month
(Base salary + attractive commission based on experience and performance) - Working Hours: 8 hours per day + overtime
- License Training Provided:

- Training duration: 3–6 weeks (depending on riding skills and experience)
- Employment Contract: 2 years
- Visa: Employment visa (eVisa), processed within 2–3 weeks

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver packages, food, or parcels to customers efficiently and safely
- Follow assigned routes and time schedules
- Ensure proper handling and care of company motorbikes
- Use mobile delivery applications for order tracking and navigation
- Provide excellent customer service during deliveries
- Follow UAE road and traffic safety regulations
Requirements
- Nationality: Open to all except Nigeria
- Gender: Male only
- Age: 21–40 years
- Language: Basic English communication skills
- Health Requirements:
- Must be medically fit
- Must be free from:
- HIV
- Hepatitis B
- Pulmonary Tuberculosis (confirmed via chest X-ray)
- Ability to ride and control a motorbike confidently (experience is an advantage)
- Willingness to undergo training for the UAE motorbike license
