A reputable delivery company in the UAE is urgently seeking 1 Kenyan Motorbike Driver with a valid home-country motorbike license. This role offers a stable contract, competitive earnings, structured commissions, and company support during training.

Salary & Compensation

During Training (2 Months):

Salary: AED 750 per month
Food: Provided
Accommodation: Provided
Transportation: Provided

After Training:

Basic Salary: AED 1,550 per month
Commission: AED 7.00 per delivery after the first 220 deliveries

Contract Terms

Contract Duration: 2 years (renewable based on performance & UAE Labour Law)
Probation Period: 180 days
Work Location: UAE
Accommodation: Provided for the first 2 months
Transportation: Provided for the first 2 months
Resident Permit (UAE Visa): Provided by the company
Other Benefits: As per UAE Labour Law

Key Responsibilities

Deliver food, parcels, or packages to customers efficiently and safely
Maintain company motorbike in good working condition
Complete assigned deliveries within expected timelines
Use mobile apps for navigation and order tracking
Follow UAE road regulations and company safety guidelines
Provide friendly and professional customer service

Requirements

Kenyan national
Valid Kenyan motorbike driving license
Basic English communication
Medically and physically fit for duty
Willing to undergo company training in the UAE
Discipline, good road conduct, and commitment to contract terms
