1️⃣ Steel Fixers – 100 Positions
- Basic Salary: AED 800
- Allowance: AED 450
- Overtime: Provided (fixed + additional project-based)
2️⃣ Shuttering Carpenters – 100 Positions
- Basic Salary: AED 800
- Allowance: AED 450
- Overtime: Provided (fixed + additional project-based)
3️⃣ Masons – 50 Positions
- Basic Salary: AED 800
- Allowance: AED 450
- Overtime: Provided
4️⃣ Helpers – 50 Positions
- Basic Salary: AED 500
- Allowance: AED 500
- Overtime: Provided
Working & Contract Conditions
- Contract Duration: 2 years
- Probation Period: 6 months
- Working Hours:
- 8 hours regular duty
- + 2 hours fixed overtime daily
- Working Days: 6 days per week

Job Responsibilities (General Across All Roles)
Steel Fixers
- Read and follow structural drawings
- Cut, bend, tie, and install steel bars
- Prepare and set up rebar for concrete pouring
Shuttering Carpenters
- Construct and assemble formwork for slabs, beams & columns
- Install shutters and molds for concrete structures
- Follow safety standards and site specifications
Masons
- Perform blockwork, plastering, and bricklaying
- Prepare and mix materials
- Deliver quality finishing on all assigned work
Helpers
- Support skilled workers
- Load/unload materials
- Maintain cleanliness and assist with general site tasks
Eligibility Requirements
- Kenyan nationals only
- Must be physically fit for construction work
- Valid passport
- Willing and ready to relocate to Dubai
- Prior experience is an added advantage (especially for skilled roles)
