Job Summary
We are recruiting Construction Helpers to support ongoing construction projects across multiple locations in the UAE. The role involves assisting skilled workers, handling construction materials, and maintaining safe and organized job sites. Key Responsibilities
- Assist masons, carpenters, steel fixers, and other skilled workers on site.
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials such as cement, sand, steel, and tools.
- Mix construction materials under supervision.
- Clean and maintain construction areas and remove debris.
- Support setup and dismantling of scaffolding and temporary structures.
- Follow safety guidelines and wear personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Carry out general labor duties as instructed by supervisors.
- Report unsafe conditions or equipment issues to site management.
Working Conditions
- Duty Hours: As per site requirements (typically 8–10 hours/day).
- Work Environment: Outdoor and indoor construction sites.
- Climate: Hot and dusty environments may be expected.
- Weekly Off: As per UAE labour law and company policy.
Requirements
- Male candidates only.
- Nationality: Open to all except Ethiopia, Sudan, Nigeria, and Egypt.
- Physically fit and capable of manual labor.
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
- Willingness to work overtime when required.
- No formal education required.
- Prior construction experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
