Job Overview
We are urgently recruiting Construction Helpers for large-scale construction projects across the UAE. This role is ideal for candidates who wish to enter the UAE construction sector and are open to future job progression or role changes after completing the probation period, subject to UAE labour laws and company policy.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist skilled workers such as masons, carpenters, steel fixers, and electricians.
- Load, unload, and move construction materials including cement, sand, blocks, and tools.
- Mix and prepare construction materials under supervision.
- Clean construction areas and remove debris to maintain site safety.
- Support erection and dismantling of scaffolding and temporary structures.
- Follow site safety procedures and wear provided PPE at all times.
- Carry out general labor tasks as directed by site supervisors.
- Maintain discipline, punctuality, and teamwork on site.
Working Conditions
- Duty Hours: As per project/site requirements (typically 8–10 hours/day).
- Overtime: Paid as per UAE labour law.
- Work Environment: Outdoor and indoor construction sites.
- Weekly Off: As per company policy and UAE labour regulations.
- Probation Period: 6 months.
Note: After successful completion of the 6-month probation period, workers may explore internal job changes or transfers where legally permissible and subject to company and UAE labour law approval.
