Program Overview
This special recruitment program is designed for candidates from rural areas who wish to work in Dubai but cannot afford upfront recruitment costs.
All visa, ticket, and processing expenses will be fully paid in advance by the employer.
After employment begins in the UAE, these expenses will be gradually deducted from the worker’s monthly salary in small installments.

Job Summary
The General Construction Helper will provide basic support on construction sites by assisting skilled laborers, preparing work areas, carrying materials, and ensuring smooth site operations. This is an entry-level position ideal for individuals seeking stable work and long-term employment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist masons, carpenters, plumbers, and other skilled workers.
- Load and unload materials such as sand, cement, and tools.
- Prepare mixing materials (cement, sand, gravel) under supervision.
- Carry construction equipment and supplies across the site.
- Clean job areas and remove debris to ensure safe operations.
- Set up scaffolding, barriers, and temporary structures.
- Follow safety instructions and wear protective gear at all times.
- Support any general labor tasks as instructed by the site supervisor.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Must be an African national (priority for rural/village applicants).
- Physically fit and able to work long hours.
- No previous experience required (training offered on-site).
- Hardworking, disciplined, and willing to learn.
- Medically fit for work.
- Ready to commit to contract terms and repayment schedule.
Working Conditions
