Job Summary

As a Security Guard, you will be the first line of defense for premier facilities across the UAE. This role requires a high level of discipline, physical fitness, and a commitment to maintaining a safe environment for residents, staff, and visitors.

Key Responsibilities

Surveillance & Patrol: Conducting regular foot patrols and monitoring CCTV systems to detect suspicious activities or safety hazards.
Access Control: Managing entry and exit points, verifying identification, and issuing visitor badges.
Incident Management: Responding promptly to alarms, medical emergencies, or security breaches and providing clear, detailed reports.
Customer Service: Acting as a professional representative of the facility by assisting visitors with basic inquiries in English.
Regulatory Compliance: Adhering to SIRA (Security Industry Regulatory Agency) standards and local UAE laws.

Salary & Duty Structure

Fresh Candidates: AED 1,600 / month.
Experienced (GCC Security Exp.): AED 2,600 / month.
Schedule: 12 hours per day | 6 days per week.

Mandatory Requirements

Physical: Minimum height of 1.70m (5’7″). Must be physically fit.
Skills: Basic English communication (Read/Write/Speak).
Nationality: Any (Except Ethiopia, Sudan, Nigeria, and Egypt).
Documents: Clear passport scan and digital photo with a white background.
PCC: UAE-attested Police Clearance Certificate (Mandatory for Kenya, Uganda, Tanzania, and Ghana).
Medical Fitness: Candidates must pass a pre-screening for HIV, Hepatitis B & C, and Pulmonary Tuberculosis (Chest X-ray) before document submission.
